"We were served by Chaky, who was very kind and welcoming. The service was excellent and our food arrived very quickly – there was no waiting at all. The pizza was delicious, and I really appreciated that they offer gluten-free dough and even coconut mozzarella. "We went inside, it was full, it was told to us to wait for five minutes and the will have table ready for us. So we waited and table was ready in said time. Ilaria was great waitres attentive, helpful with choices for good wine and with what to pair it with. Food was incredible, we waited for food under 10 minutes. "Came to Mister Pizza because we saw it on Google and it was close to our hotel with late hours to get a bite to eat. To our surprise it was absolutely incredible. Our waiter Zac was super friendly and kind! He gave recommendations based upon what we had planned to order. Those recommendations were spot on. "Of course we were going to have pizza in Italy! From the ratings, we saw that Mister Pizza had 4.6 stars with over 10k reviews, so of course we had to try it. It wasn’t busy when we arrived, and it wasn’t chic – just practical. The hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome without being OTT. The pizzas. They were delicious – loads of ham and cheese, the dough thin but fluffy around the edges. There’s an option to choose your base, including gluten-free and wheat, which was amazing, and you can swap out some of the cheese – burrata instead of mozzarella, for example. Yes, the pizza was worth the five stars, but what really keeps their rating so high is the lovely service. Towhid very kindly and warmly asked us to leave them a review on Google, which just summed up how much they care about what they do."
